I was working as a software developer/Project Leader for a reputed software company, who are one of the leading firms at Sultanate of Oman. Before joining this firm, I was at India doing the same kind of job with an Indian company. I was in the industry of tailor made -fully customized with client’s requirement- software development. I have been participating in all the full cycles of a software development from requirement study, system design (both GUI and Database), coding and development, testing, implementation and customer support. Sometimes I have to reprogram the previously made software’s for some customer specific enhancements or error fixing. I have started my carrier using VB6 as front end development tool and MS access as back end. Then I have moved to MS SQL server as back end. I have working experience in SQL 8, 2000 and 2005. Then I have started development using .Net technologies. Have working experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 development environment. I have also developed some applications for PDT devices. For PDT applications we were using SQL server compact edition as back end. Now I have more than 8 years experience in software development field. My previous companies were in the customized software development market. So I have good domain knowledge in financial accounting, Trading Inventory, Payroll, Project Management and Purchase order systems. I have worked on these areas with several projects. Most of these works are with multi currency and Multi Company compactable.
