You are responsible for the entire rooms division team which is made up of Guest Relations, Nights, Porterage, Concierge, Accommodation Services and Laundry.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced and proven senior manager with extensive Rooms Division experience capable of performing in a very challenging role that requires perfectionist levels of guest service and team leadership.
