MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all meetings, conferences and banqueting events. Fully responsibility for standards, development, motivation and supervision of banqueting staff
To direct the activities of the Conferenceü & Banqueting Department in order to maintain and improve the product quality, productivity and service and to increase volume, sales and profits.
Assume responsibility for training, control and motivation of relevant staff, including assisting with the induction and training of all staff, specifically TBS training.
Responsible for the accuracy, communication and distribution of event orders
Attending weekly Operations meeting & fortnightly HD meeting, ensuring the information discusses is cascaded to employees.
Work with C & B Sales Team and Kitchen to ensure best practice in all meetings and events.
To maintain a strong presence on the floor supervising both during and outside business hours
The successful candidate would have excellent people management skills, great organisational skills and would be passionate about customer service.
