Supervisory experience leading both onshore and offshore teams for production support
Capacity to establish priorities, manage multiple assignments concurrently, and deliver results to business, operations, law and compliance
Demonstrated communication skills in working with IT, Business Units, Operations, Legal and Compliance team members
Reporting to the Executive Director for Operate, this position will directly interface with business unit members and Operation's teams in managing the day-to-day systems for product trading, including, but not limited too, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Managed Money, Equities, Syndicates, Insurance, Managed Futures, and Alternative Investments. Position requires experience in providing production support for trading applications including, daily and month-end cycle monitoring, problem management and notifications, error correction and programming fixes, small enhancements and response to regulatory and legal requests for data/information. |
