ISDA Negotiatior - Holland
 

This ISDA Negotiator position is based in Documentation group within the Fixed Income division of a Market leading Investment Bank.

Key responsibilities of the role will be to send out drafts of Agreements in a timely manner; Negotiate Agreements effectively; Update the relevant business areas as to the status of Agreement negotiations; and Understand the process around, and deal with the necessary documentation in relation to the execution of various addendums

The ideal candidate will be will be well organised, have basic legal skills, and hold a good working knowledge ISDA and be able to carry out the day to day responsibilities with relative autonomy.

The essential skills that the candidate will possess will include the demonstrated ability to work in a fast moving, demanding environment whilst maintaining high quality work using their good analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational capabilities and prioritising abilities will be crucial in succeeding in this role

It is imperative that the successful master Agreement Negotiator is a strong team player and hold keen communication skills to effectively liaise with and develop close working relationships with the other members of the firm, including the front office, credit, regulatory capital and account opening departments.
