Description of work
· Defining a "tactical" purchasing route with both internal departments Engineering, Sales, Quality, Logistics, Production Engineering, Planning and Production as suppliers, and implement it as a project manager.
· Performance of market research with the aim of expanding the existing supplier base;
· Specify and preparing tender in close cooperation with Engineering, Sales, Quality and Production
· Care of communication with suppliers regarding requests, quotations, and supplies (window) contracts;
· Evaluate received tenders with respect to quality, price and delivery terms and advise management and / or parent company about the supplier;
· Visit suppliers and perform suppliers audits in collaboration with the departments Engineering and Quality;
· Negotiation, within established attorney, with suppliers on quality, price and delivery terms;
· Making and concluding (window) contracts and delivery terms with suppliers and the care of its administrative work;
· Transfer of the fixed price and delivery terms to the Planning Department and assist in the handling and / or solution of possible problems or disputes with suppliers;
· Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers;
· Execution of operations, which generally interests of the company and purchasing in particular, and as determined and commissioned by the Purchasing Manager Turbo.

· Basic technical knowledge and understanding (including to read drawings)
· General techniques, common systems and practices within the discipline
· Knowledge about ‘The suppliers market’
· Commercial techniques and communication skills to promote optimum contact with (potential) suppliers
· Legal aspects of making appointments, concluding agreements etc. for the contact assessment
· The administrative state of affairs within the department (also ISO)
· The organization and internal relationships regarding document management and surveillance
· Knowledge of contracts and legal bases
· Knowledge of automotive quality standards
· Can read technical drawings
· The business rules, quality, environmental and safety regulations
· The operation of the PC and the installed programs, word processing, spreadsheet and ERP software, purchase module
· The modern languages English and basic German (oral and written), Drivers licence B
