Our client is currently looking for a lab manager to join their team. The facilities are a state-of-the-art private hospital serving the needs of both private and public patients. The Hospital provides elective surgery in most major specialties, Diagnostic Imagining, Cardiology, Physiotherapy and Radiotherapy. There are 40 private rooms for patient overnight stays and a 23 bed Day Surgery Unit.
Applications are invited for the above post from suitably qualified and experienced candidates. The ideal candidate will;
Hold a recognised AMLS degree in Biomedical Science or an AMLS recognised equivalent degree
Hold a post-graduate degree in the field of Medical Laboratory Science
Hold the Fellowship of the Academy of Medical Laboratory Science (FAMLS) or be eligible for membership.
Have at least 7 years post qualification experience in a medical laboratory, 2 of which spent in a promotional post.
