Clinical Nurse Manager/Deputy Manager Required in Galway

Our client is currently looking for a Deputy Manager for their Prestigious 55 bedded care facility in Galway City

This beautiful facility is finished to the highest of standards and serves as a tranquil and peaceful place to recuperate and relax within a stone’s through from the city limits.

30-35 hours a week - Days mostly.


An ideal applicant would possess:
*Should be fully registered with An Bord Altranais and on their live register.
*Have a minimum of 3-4 years post registration experience in Gerontology.
*Administration experience and be fully computer literate

*Excellent organizational skills and leadership qualities.

*Decision making and influencing skills.

*Accredited Training in Dementia Care and/or a Management Course would be desirable.


Supporting & Reporting to the Home Manager. The successful candidate will be involved in “hands on” nursing with the patients, as well as assisting the home manager with the management of the nursing home and the nursing/care teams as required.
