o Over 5 years experience in management positions in the Healthcare industry
o Extensive experience in healthcare with demonstrated leadership skills
o Qualified healthcare professional - RGN
The Operations Manager is responsible for the Quality of Care and operational effectiveness of all nursing homes allocated to the position. This will include clinical standards, employee relations, resident and relative relations, occupancy and start-up of new homes. The role will provide guidance, coaching and development to each home manager and their staff.
