You will have the overall responsibly for a Benefit counter within a store. You will lead a team of Beauty Consultants by setting the perfect example, maximising sales opportunities and proving an exciting shopping experience. Duties include training and coaching your team, monitoring performance, reporting sales figures, effectively communicating with management and running promotions and special events.
