4* Deluxe Hotel based in Mullingar, Co Westmeath, requires a Restaurant Manager for it’s contemporary, Fine Dining Restaurant operation.
Previous experience within a similar 4/5* busy hotel environment at a minimum of two years will be essential.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a proactive manager and have the ability to train and motivate staff according to hotel policy and requirements.
- Be innovative and creative regarding the daily operation and needs of the hotel in order to keep abreast of changes and provide a continuously challenging and improving work environment.
- Be financially minded regarding cost and revenue control as well as forecasting regarding staff rosters.
