4* Hotel in Athlone, Co Westmeath requires an experienced Front Office Manager to manager it’s busy font desk operations.
This position requires previous 4-5* experience as a Front Office Manager, excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive management approach and strong leadership abilities in order to efficiently run this hotel’s very busy front desk. Management skills for this position will include:
• Motivation and leadership of a team
• Communication skills and the ability to build trust and mutual understanding.
• Financial and Commercial understanding in order to meet the financial targets of the Hotel. (Budgets, Cash flow etc)
• Delegation and development of staff.
• Effective utilisation of Front Office System.
• Quality and duty of care awareness according to quality standards and procedures.
