An outstanding opportunity has arisen with one of the Leading Project Management and Cost Consulting firms for a self motivated, pro active Commercial Manager to deliver a Major New Development in the heart of Abu Dhabi.
The development comprises of branded retail outlets, food outlets and restaurants for all tastes, grade A office space, world class hotels, tower apartments, extensive green space.
The successful applicant will have previous experience working within major Consultants for a minimum of 10 years and British or Western trained. You will have experience of tackling issues head on bringing a fresh approach and new ideas to your team and the business. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations team in order to assist them in achieving project delivery on time and within budget.
You will have experience of both, pre and post tender, supervising the procurement process and managing various forms of contract. The ideal candidate will be degree educated preferably in Quantity Surveying with a professional accreditation such as MRICS.
Candidates with Hotel experience would be given preference.
