The ideal candidate should have travelled extensively - ideally America, South Africa, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia or Caribbean would be a distinct advantage.
The ability to tailor make itineraries as well as compile brochures and liaise with tour operators is essential for this role.
Personal travel experience as well as in-dept product knowledge of Long Haul destinations is a must.
You should have excellent proven customer service and selling skills. Must have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a larger team.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a good standard of English is essential as well as a strong motivation and a career focus.
Candidate must be computer literate. Experience of a computer reservation systems is essential, but training will be provided on specific system used by agency.
