Key Responsibilities
• Problem solve/trouble shoot systems & process support issues for all partners.
• Process and validate all Velocity contracts with Velocity partners.
• Maintain System updates and track
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and streamlining related business processes.
• Collect, analyse and interpret a wide variety of Channel Sales data and develop weekly and monthly reports in preparation for business review meetings.
• Database management, query creation, report development and maintenance.
• Uses skills to successfully negotiate and resolve conflicts, which may arise.
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Technical/Business related studies preferred
• 2-5 years work experience in a Business environment essential
• Financial/Analytical experience desirable.
• Strong system skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of Urgency / Accountability / Attention to detail
• Pro-active, positive approach to solving problems as they arise
• Computer Literate in MS Office
• Analytical, open-minded approach to business
• Ability to operate in a multicultural external and internal team environment
• Strong motivation to be successful in a business life
• Multi-Lingual ability desirable
• Fluency in English and French
