This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading multi national IT company in a fast past and dynamic market place. You will work within a designated territory to contact, qualify, and close new and existing accounts for Software products & services. This position requires excellent software solution selling skills to manage all aspects of the sales cycle to exceed the assigned individual software sales quota.
Key Responsibilities
- To meet and/or exceed individual software & services revenue target(s)
- To develop sales pipeline, adding at least 4 new Projects per week
- To effectively build and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue
- To learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition
- Proactive calling of 50 to 60 calls per day, 30 contacts, into identified prospects and install base accounts across EMEA to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within customer data base
- Work with SE to technically qualify and advance opportunities to closure
- Create and deliver product demonstrations using web-based remote demo technology
- Weekly forecasting - know the $ amounts, status, decision makers and next steps in closing opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of high-tech inside sales or software sales experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding individual quota/revenue targets
- Demonstrated career stability
- Proven ability to sell software or computer technology and close opportunities
- Acumen for understanding software technology associated to customers business needs
- Ability to manage a lengthy and complex sales cycle
- Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills
- Ability to be flexible and self sufficient
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and tenacious, highly energetic
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and to work with Partners and Channel
- Fluency in English is essential
