Our client is one of the leading companies based in the midlands they currently have a requirement for a Production Manager (Food) based in the Midlands.
Responsibilities
The seven roles of supervision include, planning, organising, staffing, delegating, supervising, measuring and reporting in the department.
The seven key result areas of supervision include, productivity, customer satisfaction, profitability, quality, people building, organisational development and innovation.
Ensuring that staff adheres to “GMP” (Good Management practices) requirements.
The roles, responsibilities, expectations, goals, objectives, terms and conditions of the position can be subject to change during the course of the year depending on company circumstances
Stores & Logistics (Goods in, storage, issue to operations & delivery to customers)
Ensuring maintenance & developing BRC
Conducting Reviews & Implementing KPIs
Requirements
Must have Productiion & Planning experience.
