The Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and ensuring the effective operation of the network and all associated hardware and software. The Network administrator is also required to fulfill administrative duties as required and for participating in professional development activities.

The network administrator is further responsible for providing effective feedback, and recommendation of appropriate products and services to meet the needs of the customers’ and staff.
