Exciting Long-haul Role for experienced Travel Consultant, Dublin 2 - with well-established Irish Tour Operator / Consolidator
The ideal candidate should have 2-4years experience in an Irish Travel Agency including all aspects of Retail Travel with a strong emphasis on Long-haul Travel and Tailor-made experience but also including sun/ski holidays, short-haul travel, consol & internet fares in addition to selling value-added products such as hotel, insurance, car hire etc. Personal Travel experience would be considered very advantageous - particularly Long-haul Travel. Must be proficient in CRS : Worldspan or Galileo preferred. Should have excellent selling skills, must be a good communicator both verbal and written, must be a team-player and also be able to work on own initiative, must be able to meet and exceed targets. Fluency in English is essential.
Candidates with Travel/Tourism courses i.e. do not have minimum 6 months full-time work experience in a Travel Agency - need NOT apply.
