Our Client, a Leading US Long-Haul Tour Operator seeks experienced Sales Manager for Dublin 1 Office.
The ideal candidate should have 5 years experience with some Team-Leading/Supervisory responsibilities in a Long-haul Travel role with an Irish/UK Travel Agency with excellent knowledge of long-haul destinations, tailor-made travel and packages, consol fares - personal Long-Haul travel experience considered extremely advantageous. Experience may also include all aspects of Retail Travel and selling value-added products such as insurance, car hire etc. Must be proficient in CRS with a very high standard of computer literacy. Should have excellent selling skills, customer service skills, motivational/leadership skills, must be a good communicator both verbal and written, must be a team-player and also be able to work on own initiative, must be able to meet targets and encourage team to do so also. Should also have excellent problem solving skills. Must be fluent in English. Supervisory experience essential.
This role is to supervise a team of 15 Travel Consultants
Candidates with Travel/Tourism courses i.e. do not have minimum 1 years fulltime work experience in a Travel Agency - need NOT apply.
