The ideal person should have a very strong Travel Industry background. We are looking for some-one with a minimum of 5 years Experienced ideally with a minimum of 1 years Management experience. Experience of long-haul exotic destinations and experience in dealing with prestige clientele would be considered a distinct advantage.
You will be leading a team of 4 Travel Consultants and need to have good people management skills including coaching and providing feedback to staff. As Office Manager you will be the main point of contact for the Dublin Operation, liaising with clients and head office. You will also be responsible for the daily running of the Dublin office, organizing promotions etc - and will need to be very personable, professional, have the right attributes for the luxury market etc. Location will be in the Grafton Street area and they hope to conduct interviews about 20Feb with a start up towards end of March.
Should have excellent Customer service experience and skills, must be a good communicator, must be able to lead by example and also be able to work on own initiative, must be able to drive your team to meet and exceed targets. Motivation is a key requirement and marketing experience would be favourably considered. Must be fluent in English.
Candidates with Travel/Tourism courses i.e. do not have minimum 1 years fulltime work experience in a Travel Agency - need NOT apply.
