ACCOUNT MANAGER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
My Blackrock based Client currently seeks an Account Manager / CSR to join their visual marketing services and digital imaging solutions company.
This is a pivotal role within the company
The successful candidate will be:
· Liasing between sales and production departments
· Conducting 'New Business Development'
· Managing house accounts
· Manage all customer queries / complaints
The successful candidate will have:
· A print background - need to know terminology
· Minimum of 1 years experience in an Customer/Client focused role
· Experience in pricing, estimating, costing an advantage.
· Excellent multitasking skills
· Confidence
· Excellent interpersonal skills to manage client relations
