SYSTEMS FINANCIAL ANALYST

Primary objectives and responsibilities to include but not restricted to:

o Liaise with service providers to ensure local and global business requirements are being effectively described, understood, managed, supported & delivered
o A predominantly project-based role focusing on the Dublin & global Investor relations departments.
o Improving IR processes & the Transfer Agency applications & the way the latter interface with other applications (both internal & external).
o Responsible for progressing projects from the concept to implementation.
o Developing & communicating UAT & Implementation plans
o Analyzing & documenting processes & applications from a business perspective.
o Maintaining existing relationships and update all concerned on project status.
o Ensuring our development requirements are included in all upcoming releases
o Develop specification writing for the various additional project requirements

Education, Qualifications and Special Training
• Degree qualified and /or received training in project management

Experiences
• Have a back-ground in Fund Administration & a clear understanding of the industry.
• Have consistently demonstrated the required work ethic in their current/previous roles & have displayed good problem solving skills.
• Have a proven record of meeting deadlines & exceeding expectations.

Other Skills/Abilities
• Be confident & personable - they should be able to work on their own initiative & within varying teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy
