Customer Support Advisors - Dutch
Our client, a busy multi-national creator of digital entertainment products in Dublin West, is looking for Customer Support Advisors to work as first line support analysts. They are looking for candidates fluent in Dutch speakers who are also fluent in English.
The Role:
-Troubleshooting customer queries and requests by email and phone ensuring that a problem is pursued from initial contact to final resolution
-Schedule day-to-day responsibilities (phone calls, e-mail, daily/weekly reports etc.) so as to achieve set targets on a consistent basis
-Develop technical expertise utilising all in-house tools and external sources
-Actively promote and sell products to end-users
The Candidate:
-Professional customer focus for both internal and external customers
-Must have at least 1 year of technical support experience
-Must be a native Dutch speaker
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Effective time management skills
-Excellent telephone skills
-Knowledge of PCs, Hardware and Software and PC/Mac Operating systems
-Knowledge of MS Office and Lotus Notes and Internet would be advantageous.
-A relevant technical qualification and previous sales experience is desirable
The Salary is €26K depending on experience with a generous benefits package.
