Our client is a global leader in software system development located in Dublin South. They are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
The Role:
-Leading a team in the implementation and support of complex systems in production and pre-production environments
-Responsible for solving highly complex support problems, developing and maintaining documentation for knowledge base
-Drives accountability of service level agreements within self and the team
-Leads the implementation of new releases
-Provides training for new support team members
The Candidate:
-Demonstrated process improvement skills, cross group collaboration, presentation and communication skills
-Works independently within established guidelines and procedures
-Leads the creation of new guidelines and procedures
-Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and .NET Framework in a support environment
-At least 5 years of related experience with a Diploma or Bachelors degree in a Computer Science or related field
