What does Right Consultancy do for You…?
A Right Recruitment Consultant is the intermediary that works for you – The Candidate – to find a prospective employer – The Client – also looking to recruit a professional staff member to fill their vacancy. Simply put, as a recruitment company we provide a service to people looking for work, we interview you and then act as your representative, and put you forward to our clients that have job vacancies. We manage the entire ‘recruitment’ process for both the Candidate and the Client.
Contrary to common understanding, the Recruitment process has numerous variations and complications depending on the skill level and experience required, the environment and career development offered and of course; the personality fit. It is the Right Consultants role, to ensure that they fulfil all of the expectations of both the Candidate and the Client in the above process.
A Right Consultant spends a lot of their time talking to people in person and on the phone (called networking) to get information on what they are doing, and where they want to go, and how they want to do it, and many other interesting and abstract facts; all that help to ensure they put the Right Candidate in the Right vacancy!
Our Consultants talk to and meet potential and existing clients to find out about their business, their culture, their current and future recruitment needs, and to develop a productive and fruitful relationship with them. They do this to ensure that when the Client is recruiting staff, that client chooses Right Consultancy to assist in this process.
Our Consultants talk to and meet job seekers to assess their skills and experience, their career aspirations, and their suitability to different roles. The more information we have on a Candidate, the better the chances are that we can find a good fit, and a right fit, for that Candidate. Similarly, the more honest and open a Candidate is with their Right Consultant, the more they improve their chances of finding their dream role – that is everything they have been searching for.
