Microbiological analysis of refined sugar (Course and Fine Sugar) and raw sugar-
Mesophilic bacteria, Thermophilic spore formers, Anaerobic thermophilic spore formers, Sulphide spoiling spore formers, Coli forms, yeast & moulds through membrane filtration technique.
Waste water analysis from different Sump pits to determine bacteria count before discharge into the environment, where heat treatment and antibacterial dose are added to decrease the level of contamination.

Water Analysis Responsible for all the analysis of pH, TDS, Turbidity, Dissolved O2, Total Suspended Solids, Iron, Total Hardness, Nitrate as Nitrogen, Chlorides & Phosphates.
HACCP - Hazard analysis from critical control parameter for contamination control such as physical, chemical and biological agents.
